This is a forum of nineteen countries and European Union. Governors and central bank governors represent those countries. G20 nations hold summits in 2009 and 2010.

It is a part of World War II initiatives and is a part of international policy initiatives for currency. To decide the country for summit all members except countries of European Union are placed in the same group and presidency is assumed starting from 1^st December to 30^th November. The G20 operates without staff. The chair is rotated annually for the country of G20 summit. The current chair of 2020 in the pandemic time is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The presidential summit will be chaired by king Salman according to Saudi Arabian officials. 2 billion has been contributed by countries towards the coronavirus vaccine for better health and longevity.

Nevertheless the debt on developing countries has been revoked and the funds have been given to emergency support programmes in this difficult time. Saudi Arabia holds the key to stabilsing this time due to monopoly of oil. G20 envisions the following objectives such as women empowerment, human capital and increase of investment.
